Re-Ment Table Gifts 2022

I had time this past week to open up 2 Re-Ment sets that I received as table gifts at the convention.

The first is a tiny log chopping set. Kenshin is posing with the miniatures to show what scale they are in.

The set includes a carrying basket filled with burnt wood/charcoal, a sickle, an ax, a wood round, and 2 pieces of a split log.

The other set I received is a really cute concept.

"My Own Cooking"

The title is misleading, the karaage is store bought, but then dressed up to look like it was homemade. LOL I'm pretty sure lots of us have done something like that at least once.

The set includes a plate of karaage with sauce, chopsticks,

a container of sauce with a lid (looks just like Gladware),

a grocery or convenience store package of karaage,

And an almost empty bottle of Kewpie Mayo.

These are a welcome addition to my Re-Ment collection.

Licca picnic with a Side of Little Twin Stars

Licca and her little sisters are enjoying a summer picnic.

On the menu - cake and tea.

While they enjoy the cake, Licca will read to them from The Constellations Book - starring The Little Twin Stars.

Licca is also wearing a Little Twin Stars outfit (Barbie), what a coincidence.

One of Licca's sisters is hugging a Little Twin Stars pillow in anticipation.

What a nice day they have planned.

Bento, Real and Unreal

I haven't been posting a lot lately, so I am remedying that.

Presenting my latest Re-Ment set.

A New Year bento box. The hotdogs are cut to look like little fishies. Kawaii.

The bentos I make never look this good. Here is one I made for my husband yesterday.

Snoopy's American Diner

For Christmas I received the entire Re-Ment set, Snoopy's American Diner. As a huge Peanuts fan, I was thrilled.

I set up a Licca diner scene to show off the pieces.

Mmmmm... a Snoopy sundae!

Ren works behind the counter, scooping popcorn.

Hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizza, aw yeah!

Maki is ready to drink her huge mug of root beer.

While Miki gazes longingly at the cookies behind the counter.

The diner even serves breakfast, it's signature dish? Snoopy pancakes stuffed with bacon and a side of scrambled eggs.

Hello, Kitty Licca

I've been saving this special Hello, Kitty Licca for a special day.

Her shoes are a little strange and don't stay on well, I will have to try them on with out stockings to see if they fit at all.

The reason I opened her up today, is so I can pose her with the new Re-Ment Hello, Kitty bento set I jut got.

The set includes a bento box and lid, 4 pieces of food, a thermos and lid, and chopsticks with their own carrying case. How cute is that?

Finally, Licca gets to sit down to her lunch. Yum.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is the day after Thanksgiving, for me, and I am still thankful. I am thankful for the opportunity to live in Japan, where I can eat Snoopy and Woodstock donuts from Mister Donut as part of my Thanksgiving dinner.

Where Re-Ment toys like this are common.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Re-Ment in Wonderland

Is there nothing that Re-Ment doesn't offer?

Office supplies? They got that.

This is a cute Alice in Wonderland themed bottle of paper clips. On it's front, it says, "Drink Me".

It came with an Alice charm

and 5 paper clips: Alice, the White Rabbit, to drink me drops, and a key.

What's for Lunch? Rilakkuma Bento!

Licca is a lucky, lucky doll. When she is hungry, her mama feeds her well. Today for lunch I slaved for hours and hours and made her this wonderful Rilakkuma bento. (OK, Re-Ment did, but don't tell Licca.)

Included in this package is a bento box and lid (lid is not pictured), placemat, water bottle, lunch (lettuce, sausage, onigiri, and what might be a brown onogiri), fork, spoon, and a flatware holder and lid

Yummy.
