Today, March 3rd, is Hina Matsuri, Girl's Day, in Japan.

On display are the Japanese Emperor and Empress. They are a set of dolls I made in a kimekomi class, while in Japan.

Recently I decided to connect with other doll enthusiasts through a local doll club and blogging/talking about the dolls I own and love. Spring 2012 I moved to Japan and began posting Japan related posts on the blog. Outside of dolls, I enjoy reading, crafting, touring, my cat, and my husband. Not necessarily in that order. I have just returned to the US!
